The TLP/2/SP85/R, is a high voltage, high output 3-hour switchable emergency lighting module designed to suit a wide range of LED types, circuits and applications. Whilst the TLP/2/SP85/R is designed for high voltage LEDs or longer linear applications, it can run certain self-driven lamps such as GU10s (subject to testing). The unit is designed to work with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries and is supplied in an IP20 enclosure with a easy access panel for the future replacement of batteries.
The module automatically adjusts the output current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The pack features a green charge healthy/fault indicator LED on a flying lead. This range uses the latest LiFePO4 battery technology, dramatically reducing energy consumption and facilities management labour.
All our batteries feature temperature monitoring. In keeping with the latest update to BS EN 61347-2-7 Their associated modules will stop charging the cells if their case temperature falls below 0°C or rises above 55°C. The emergency packs will continue to operate where required, providing their is enough capacity remaining in the battery. Our lithium iron phosphate cells feature a low self-discharge of 5% per month.
The TLP range has been independently certified by TÜV to ensure that the product, has been tested for safety and that it complies with the requirements of national and international regulations.
