Professional Emergency Conversions
Liteplan carries out in excess of 5,000 emergency conversions each month. The skills and vast experience of our conversion team ensures that all luminaires are suitably converted for emergency use in a timely fashion and in keeping with our ISO9001 quality system. Our recently expanded warehouse space has allowed us to provide a bespoke, streamlined work space that takes advantage of the very latest in manufacturing and packaging technologies.
Certified Specialists
Although there is no specific British Standard covering Emergency Lighting conversion work, all conversions carried out by Liteplan professionals meet the relevant requirements of BS/BS EN 60598-1:2015+A1:2020 (Luminaires: General requirements and tests) and BS/BS EN 60598-2-22:2014+A1:2020 (Luminaires. Particular requirements. Luminaires for Emergency Lighting). 100% of our products endure rigorous testing to ensure our proud reputation for quality is upheld. A number of our products have been awarded with BSI’s Kitemark and many have been tested by The LIA. We are also nearing completion of our 3rd party TM65 certification.Â
Product Design
Our experienced technical team design every aspect of every product from its conception through to release. Our exclusive designs are generally born out of customer needs and can be easily adapted to maintain the evolution of IEC, EU or British standards.Â
Shipments
Our fleet of vans allow for fast deliveries in and around the South East of England. Using our national and international carrier partners, we deliver individually boxed or palletised next day shipments within the UK and expedited palletised deliveries throughout the world.

Liteplan strive to offer a next day delivery service on all emergency conversion kit orders, subject to delivery quantity.
