3 hour DALI-2 self-test emergency lighting conversion kit, designed to suit an extremely wide range of LED types and circuits. The D2N/2/SP85/R automatically adjust the output LED current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The D2N/2/SP85/R converts LED loads in the lower SELV threshold <60V between 10-60V and the D2N/2/80/SP85/R will operate LED loads between 10 and 80V forward. This product is fully DALI-2 compliant and in keeping with the DALI-2 Standard, if the module is commissioned without a DALI control system present, the unit will revert to standalone self-test, indicating its faults via the charge LED. The entire emergency pack is housed within an IP20 rated enclosure with a bi-colour LED for charge healthy/fault indication. The enclosure features a simple access panel for the future replacement of batteries. All our batteries feature temperature monitoring. In keeping with the latest update to BS EN 61347-2-7 Their associated modules will stop charging the cells if their case temperature falls below 0°C or rises above 55°C. The emergency packs will continue to operate where required, providing their is enough capacity remaining in the battery. Our lithium iron phosphate cells feature a low self-discharge of 5% per month. The D2N range has been independently certified by TÜV to ensure that the product, has been tested for safety and that it complies with the requirements of national and international regulations.
