The NLP/2/WP100/R, is a high quality 3-hour switchable emergency lighting module designed to suit a wide range of LED types, circuits and applications. The unit is designed to work with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries and is available in 2 versions, one to operate within lower SELV limits <60V and another to operate <80V. The module automatically adjusts the output current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The pack features an IP65 rated green charge healthy indicator LED. This range operates with the latest LiFePO4 battery technology, dramatically reducing energy consumption and facilities management labour. The emergency control gear and batteries are housed within a single piece IP54 rated enclosure which includes suitable termination for connection to the LED load, the mains driver and input termination for mains supplies. All our batteries feature temperature monitoring. In keeping with the latest update to BS EN 61347-2-7 Their associated modules will stop charging the cells if their case temperature falls below 0°C or rises above 55°C. The emergency packs will continue to operate where required, providing their is enough capacity remaining in the battery. Our lithium iron phosphate cells feature a low self-discharge of 5% per month. The NLP range has been independently certified by TÜV to ensure that the product, has been tested for safety and that it complies with the requirements of national and international regulations.
