The NLP/2/TP40/R, is a high output remote 3-hour switchable emergency lighting module designed to suit a wide range of LED types, circuits and applications. The unit operates with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries and is available in 2 versions, one for SELV applications, less than 60V and one up to 80V. The module automatically adjusts the output current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The module is supplied with a green charge healthy indicator LED. This range uses the latest LiFePO4 battery technology, dramatically reducing energy consumption and facilities management labour. The NLP/2/TP40/R is supplied with strain relief cables so that it can be installed adjacent to the luminaire in the ceiling void. The product passes through a 40mm, or greater aperture. All our batteries feature temperature monitoring. In keeping with the latest update to BS EN 61347-2-7 Their associated modules will stop charging the cells if their case temperature falls below 0°C or rises above 55°C. The emergency packs will continue to operate where required, providing their is enough capacity remaining in the battery. Our lithium iron phosphate cells feature a low self-discharge of 5% per month. The NLP range has been independently certified by TÜV to ensure that the product, has been tested for safety and that it complies with the requirements of national and international regulations.
